Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Visit prospective and existing clients/shareholders in the assigned area.

Generate leads for unclaimed shares, dividend recovery, and related recovery services.

Meet clients personally and explain the company's recovery process and services.

Collect and verify required client information and documents.

Follow up with clients regarding documentation and recovery cases.

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on their cases.

Develop new client relationships through field visits, references, and local networking.

Achieve assigned monthly lead and business targets.

Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and client status.

Coordinate with the office/legal/operations team for smooth processing of client cases.

Maintain professional and trustworthy relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident and comfortable with field work and client meetings.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Basic knowledge of shares, dividends, investments, or financial services will be an advantage.

Previous experience in field sales, financial services, insurance, banking, or recovery services preferred.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Working

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days per week

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on suitability.
