Field Sales Executive (Goa)

Location: Goa (field-based)

Employment: Full-time

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Owner

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales in Goa by meeting prospects, generating leads, visiting sites, pitching our products/services, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication, local market knowledge, and daily field activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers daily (B2C/B2B as applicable) and pitch offerings

• Generate leads through local networking, referrals, and market visits

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and follow-up regularly

• Conduct product/service demos and explain pricing, timelines, and benefits

• Negotiate and close deals; coordinate with internal team for execution

• Collect customer requirements and share accurate details with the team

• Maintain daily activity reports (visits, calls, leads, closures)

• Handle basic customer queries and ensure smooth handover after sale

• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in field sales (freshers with strong skills can apply)

• Strong communication and convincing skills (English + Hindi; Konkani is a plus)

• Comfortable with daily travel across Goa

• Must have a two-wheeler (preferred) and valid license

• Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, calls, Google Forms/Sheets/CRM if any)

• Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in interiors/home décor/real estate/construction (if relevant)

• Existing local network in Goa (builders, brokers, retailers, etc.)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + incentives (performance-based)

• Travel allowance (if applicable)
