We are looking for a Junior Export Executive to handle export operations and on-site shipment activities. This role involves regular port visits, container stuffing supervision, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for smooth shipment execution.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipment schedules, vehicle placement, and ensuring timely movement of goods from factory to port. The role also includes basic export documentation support such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and shipment tracking.
This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with operational responsibilities and travelling for port and shipment-related activities. The candidate should have good coordination skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage day-to-day export operations efficiently.
