Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Team Leader to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve KPIs and business targets.

• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and quality metrics.

• Conduct coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare MIS reports and share performance updates with management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.

• Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level preferred).

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

• Experience as a Team Leader in a Domestic BPO is preferred.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Work Schedule

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Week Off
