We are currently hiring for the position of International Email Support Executive. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the BPO domain who are looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to international clients

• Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow company guidelines and meet productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the BPO/Customer Support domain

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Undergraduates and graduates are both eligible to apply

• Immediate joiners preferred
