Chat Support Executive – Job Description

• Profile: Chat Support Executive

• Location: Noida – Sector 62 & 63

• Industry: E-Commerce

• Experience:E-Commerce Customer Service experience is mandatory

• Chat Support experience is preferred, minimum 6 months.

• Salary / Monthly CTC:Freshers – ₹18,000 | Versant 5

• 6+ Months – ₹19,000 | Versant 4

• 12+ Months – ₹21,000 | Versant 4

• 18+ Months – ₹22,000 | Versant 4

• 24+ Months – ₹24,000 | Versant 5

• Skills Required:Good written and spoken English

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Good problem-solving ability

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Comfortable working in a 24×7 operations environment

• Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off

• Shift Timings:24×7 rotational shifts

• Female candidates: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM shifts only

• Work Mode: Work From Office

• CTC Note: The mentioned CTC does not have any further PF/ESI deductions if the employee signs the applicable exclusion declaration.
