Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International US Telecom process to handle customer queries via Chat and Inbound Voice support. The role involves providing accurate resolutions, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via Chat and/or Voice support
Resolve service, billing, and account-related queries
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO
Chat Process experience required for Chat role
Voice Process experience required for Voice role
Freshers: Not eligible
Domain Exposure: Telecom / B2C experience preferred
Skill Requirements
English Communication:
Voice: B2 level (Intermediate, Versant ~60)
Chat: Strong written English
Typing Speed (Chat): Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
Computer Skills: MS Office and internet applications knowledge
Shift Flexibility: Comfortable with night shifts
Interview Process
HR Round → OPS Round → Language Assessment → Chat Assessment (if applicable)

Salary (CTC – Based on Experience)
6–12 Months: ₹3.75 – ₹3.90 LPA
12–18 Months: ₹4.00 – ₹4.50 LPA
18–24 Months: ₹4.20 – ₹5.00 LPA
24+ Months: ₹4.40 – ₹5.00 LPA
