Handle customer queries and requests via email in a timely and professional manner
Respond to inquiries related to banking products, account details, debit/credit cards, transactions, KYC, and service requests
Ensure accurate and clear written communication aligned with Bank policies
Maintain proper email etiquette and TAT compliance
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Update customer interactions and resolutions in the system
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with banking regulations
Follow SOPs and quality guidelines set by the bank
