Job Description: Collections Specialist (French)
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Reporting To: Collections Supervisor
As a Collections Specialist (French) at Datamark, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. You will analyze payment trends, follow up on overdue invoices, and work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve the collections process. Your role will directly contribute to improving cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding overdue invoices, payment status, and dispute resolution
Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve collection targets
Track and analyze payment trends and collection performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations
Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency and improve recovery rates
Build strong working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
Ensure smooth coordination between the collections team and assigned business units
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
Freshers are welcome; candidates with accounting or finance background preferred
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
