Location: Mumbai (Pick & Drop Facility Provided)

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹38,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and communication-focused individuals to join our growing team in Mumbai. We have openings for both Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) processes. Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced professional, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via Chat, Email, or Voice calls (depending on the process).

Provide accurate solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manage data and follow-up on unresolved cases.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: HSC (12th Pass) with experience OR Any Graduate.

Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills: Good English communication skills (written for Chat, verbal for Voice).

Flexibility: Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts.

Availability: Ready to work with 2 rotational week offs.
