Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day / Night / Rotational

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO companies. Candidates will handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails and provide proper resolutions.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls/chat/email

Resolve customer queries professionally

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Provide accurate information to customers

Eligibility:

HSC / Graduate

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge
