We are looking for a Email & Chat Process Executive to join our team at Transcom to handle Sellers issues and provide exceptional support and resolve queries related to Ecommerce.
The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle seller email or chat professionally and efficiently.
Address seller queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of seller interactions and follow up when required.
Provide them accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing seller queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
The candidate should be comfortable with 5.5 days working during the Rotational shift.
