*Job Description & Responsibilities*

Core Tasks: Manage customer inquiries and issues via email and chat, ensuring accurate resolutions per standard procedures.

Performance: Troubleshoot problems, handle escalations, and meet metrics like AHT, CSAT, and FCR.

*Requirements & Eligibility*

*Education & Experience:*

12th pass/graduate with 6 months to 1 year of relevant email/chat support experience.

*Skills:*

Typing speed of 30–35 WPM (90%+ accuracy), strong English writing skills, and familiarity with ticketing tools. Additional regional language fluency is a plus.

*Work Arrangement:* Work-from-office in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
