Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) to recover outstanding dues from customers through professional communication while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.

• Negotiate suitable repayment plans where applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.

• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.

• Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to the Team Leader.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
