Debt Recovery Agent

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join our team at Angel Communication. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Collection. The role offers ₹16000 - ₹23000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle collection and recovery processes for various banks

• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments

• Manage recovery for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and Car Loans

• Coordinate with customers and maintain professional communication

• Update collection status and maintain records

• Achieve assigned recovery targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is10th Passand0.5 - 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a6 days workingweek during thedayshift.
