About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support commercial real estate sales. You will help find new clients, understand what kind of commercial
property they need, and suggest the right options like offices, shops, or industrial spaces. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and make sure the entire sales process runs smoothly and professionally. You will also update client details in Salesforce, coordinate with different teams, and share basic market information to help clients make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Find and connect with new clients and help grow the business.
● Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
● Stay in regular contact with clients and support them throughout the sales process. ● Keep track of market trends and share useful information with clients and the team. ● Update client details, follow-ups, and deal status in Salesforce.
● Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support is preferred.
● Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
● Ability to handle client questions and concerns professionally.
● Experience in real estate or using CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
