Job Description: Customer Support Team Leader (TL)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Customer Support Team Leader to manage the customer support team, monitor daily operations, ensure service quality, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the customer support team.

• Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex queries.

• Ensure proper communication with customers.

• Monitor call quality and provide feedback to team members.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Train and guide new team members.

• Achieve team targets and maintain service quality.

• Coordinate with management to improve customer support operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or team handling preferred.

• Candidates with prior experience in a Team Leader role will be given preference.

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Work Location: Serampore, Hooghly
