We Are Hiring – Customer Support Executive / Team Leader

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executive / Customer Support Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, emails, and queries.

• Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain customer records and follow up with leads/customers.

• For Team Leaders: Manage the support team, monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure team targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Follow up with leads generated through Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Maintain and update customer/lead information in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing team.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.

• Schedule meetings/calls with interested customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

• Prepare basic customer and follow-up reports.
