Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, findings, and expected resolution. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. 2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
