What you will do:
Talk to customers on calls (inbound/outbound).
Help them with their questions or issues.
Give correct information about the product/service.
Update details in the system.
Follow the process and meet daily targets.
Skills Needed:
Basic communication skills in English/Hindi.
Simple computer knowledge (typing, email).
Good listening skills.
Polite and patient nature.

12th pass or undergraduate students.
