Myntra – Key Account Manager (KAM)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (10+2+3) with minimum 1 year of experience OR MBA Fresher

• Candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English

• Versant Level: 4

Work Details:

• Work From Office

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational Shift: Between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9 working hours)

• Applicable for Male & Female candidates

• 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary Details:

MBA Freshers:

• CTC: Up to ₹25,000/month

• Take Home: ₹20,000/month

Experienced Candidates:

• CTC: Up to ₹30,000/month

• Take Home: Up to ₹25,000/month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065

Apprenticeship Salary:

• Freshers: ₹22,500 stipend/month

• Experienced: ₹27,000 stipend/month

Screening Questions (Mandatory During Shortlisting):

Candidates should be able to:

• Calculate percentage (Example: What is 10% of ₹1,00,000?)

• Calculate monthly travel expenditure based on distance, petrol cost, and mileage

• Calculate discount value using MRP, selling price, quantity sold, and sales value
