Role Overview – Inside Sales (Health Insurance):
• Engage with prospects via inbound & outbound calls
• Educate customers on policy benefits, coverage & claims
• Drive end-to-end sales conversion for health insurance plans
• Recommend suitable policies based on customer needs
• Follow up consistently and close deals with strong sales approach
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Support customers through documentation & policy issuance

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6 Months Insurance Sales Experience (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in Inside Sales / Hardcore Sales preferred
• Strong communication skills in English + Any Regional Language
(Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam)
