Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and finance teams for smooth policy issuance and renewals.
Ensure all renewals comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance products where appropriate.
Resolve customer concerns professionally to improve retention and customer satisfacation
