Job Overview:

- Role: Voice / Blended - Customer Success

- Location: Koramangala (On-site)

- Shift: Day Shift (6 days/week, Sundays off)

- Salary: Up to 22,000 per month plus performance-based incentives

- Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate with excellent proficiency in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct need analysis for potential customers, provide product information, and maintain CRM accuracy while ensuring a premium customer experience.
