Job Description

 Location: Koramangala (Work from Office)
 Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)
 Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)
 Job Type: Full-time, On-site
 Salary (CTC): Up to ₹21,000 per month Plus performance-based incentives (based on skills & experience)
 Cab Facility: Not provided

·       Handle outbound calls with professionalism.

·       Always ensure a positive customer experience

·       Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

·       Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

·       Work towards achieving Individual Performance.

 Requirements

·       Education: Any PU /Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate

·       Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers welcome!)

·       Languages: Combination of Excellent English & Hindi, (Tamil Kannada) (Telugu Tamil) Telugu Kannada) communication (mandatory)

·       Skills:

o   Excellent Communication Skills

o   Strong interpersonal & listening skills

o   Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism

o   Willingness to learn & grow

 Preferred Candidate Profile

·       Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)

·       Freshers with excellent communication & eagerness to build a career in customer support.

·       Positive, and team-oriented mindset.
