We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Meet customer service KPIs and maintain quality standards.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, or a related role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

• Good interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate in any discipline
