Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Operation & Support Executive to join our team at Oneklick Fintech india pvt ltd , contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & manage daily financial tasks including inwards and outwards.

• Prepare and maintain accurate Financial transaction at bank and merchant level. .

• Matching and preparing complete report of bank statements and portal transaction (Success, Pending, Failed, Refunded, Chargeback) .

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

• This is not a manual entry work, or uploading of data, or documents, or file. Should have knowledge and understanding of handling large number of ready data over the excel or googlesheet.

• Should have a knowledge of banking and payment terms (Payment Gateway, API, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, QR Code, Payout, Bank Transfer and so on.)

• Co-ordinate and Manage disputes transaction at the end of Bank and Partner.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation, Post-Graduation and requires 1- 3 yr of Experience in Reconciliation, Client Support, Risk and Compliance Handling and so on.

Hands-on knowledge of Handling Compliance, Advanced Excel, Support and Risk Monitoring, Strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Reporting and Data Management, Documentation and Process Management and modern tools is essential.
