Work Mode: Work From Office (Outbound LOB)

Location: Nyati Plaza, 15th Floor, Kharadi, Pune

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Sell motor insurance policies to customers

Explain policy benefits and features

Achieve sales targets

Handle objections & close sales

Maintain accurate records

🔹 Requirements:

Comfortable with outbound sales

Strong negotiation & objection handling skills

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of motor insurance products

🔹 Qualification:

Graduate (Any stream)

🔹 Languages:

English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Additional preferred: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Oriya, Assamese

🔹 Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Preference: Motor/General insurance sales or customer service

🔹 Salary:

₹25,000 CTC (Freshers)

Up to ₹40,000 CTC (Max 20% hike on last drawn)

🔹 Shift:

Rotational | 6 Days Working
