We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at THAKUR JOB CONSULTANT to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Logistics. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Shipment Handling
Process courier bookings and generate AWB / shipment labels Track shipments through internal systems and update status Coordinate with hubs, vendors, and delivery agents for smooth movement Monitor first-mile and last-mile delivery performance Ensure proper scanning, bagging, and manifest management Customer & Client Coordination Handle client queries related to pick up, delivery, delays, and RTO Provide real-time shipment status updates Resolve escalations within defined TAT Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Exception Management Identify undelivered shipments and take corrective action Manage RTO, NDR, lost shipment, and damaged shipment cases Follow up with delivery centres for closure Documentation & MIS Maintain daily shipment reports and operational trackers Update system with accurate shipment remarks Share daily productivity and performance reports Key Skills Required Knowledge of courier / logistics operations Understanding of AWB, NDR, RTO, first-mile & last-mile delivery Good communication skills (Hindi & excellent English) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, tracking tools) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and coordination skills
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations Experience in shipment tracking or hub operations will be an advantage KPIs / Performance Metrics Shipment TAT adherence NDR closure rate RTO reduction Customer satisfaction score Data accuracy & system updates Salary Range As per industry standards + Incentives The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
