We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international hospitality and customer service process. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving service-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

This is a Blended Customer Support role, where candidates may be required to handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries professionally through voice and blended support channels.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Assist customers with service-related information, requests, changes, and general queries.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

• Follow defined communication and customer-handling procedures.

• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in internal systems.

• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.

• Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Communicate clearly with international customers while maintaining professional etiquette.

• Follow process-specific policies, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• Graduates with no prior experience can apply.

• Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of BPO/customer service experience can apply.

• Candidates must have strong spoken English communication.

• Minimum expected communication level: B2.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• International customer service experience will be an advantage.

Compensation

• Freshers: ₹27,000 In-Hand/month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand/month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹2,500

• Incentives: Up to ₹9,000–₹11,000, subject to performance and process eligibility.
