Shift Details

• Rotational Shifts (For Girls- 6 PM to 11 PM)

(For boys- 7 PM to 12 AM)

• 24×7 Process

Training Details

• 10 Days of Training

• Training Stipend: ■150 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding order status and order monitoring activities.

• Assist customers with order-related queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
