Hiring: Customer Support / IRO Intern (Work from Office – Noida)

Location: Sector 16, Noida

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 10,000 to 16,000

Shift: Rotational shifts

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support / IRO Intern who can handle day-to-day customer interactions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in customer support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat (45–50 interactions per day)

• Provide clear and accurate information to customers

• Assist users during the onboarding process (InOne Onboard)

• Maintain records and update CRM systems regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

• Meet daily targets while maintaining service quality

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to graduates, undergraduates, or students pursuing any degree

• Basic to good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Willing to work from office in Noida
