Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Malayalam / Kannada Support)

Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day shifts)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, fluent Malayalam and Kannada speakers to join our customer support team in Sector 44, Gurgaon. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of our brand, helping customers resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service in their native language.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice calls, emails, and chat channels.

• Assist customers seamlessly in fluent Malayalam or Kannada, alongside professional English.

• Diagnose customer pain points, provide accurate solutions, and guide them through product or service features.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by addressing complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Document customer interactions and update CRM records accurately in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduates, or Graduates from any stream.

• Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam OR Kannada, plus working knowledge of English.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 2 years in customer support or BPO) are welcome to apply.

• Work Schedule: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (rotational day shifts).

• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates available for a direct walk-in interview are strongly preferred.
