Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Process Associates for the Airtel Black customer service process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English + Hindi OR English + Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for the Airtel Black process.

• Understand customer queries, concerns, and service requirements.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

• Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.

• Follow company processes, quality standards, and customer-service guidelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduation is mandatory.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Languages: Excellent communication in:

  • English + Hindi, OR

  • English + Tamil

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Candidates staying near the work location are preferred due to rotational shift timings.
  

Salary

Take-home Salary: ₹15,000 to 18000 per month(Depending on experience and performance in interview)+ incentives

Shift Details

Rotational shifts may include:
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (7:00 - 4:00 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Working Hours: As per the assigned shift
Week Off: 2 rotational week offs

• Excellent spoken English and Hindi/Tamil.

• Strong customer-service orientation.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Polite, patient, and professional while communicating with customers.

• Comfortable handling inbound calls.

• Target and quality oriented.

• Ready to work from office and in rotational shifts.

• Available for immediate joining.
