Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-Wallet process. Candidates will handle customer queries through calls and emails and provide timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and emails.

• Assist with refund-related queries and account cancellation requests.

• Provide account-related information and guidance.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant customer support experience preferred.

• Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience may also be considered.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

• Must be comfortable handling both voice and non-voice processes.

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹23,000–₹25,000 per month
