Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Location: Sector 127, Noida
Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)
Upselling Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Provided by the Company
Language Requirement: B1/C1 Level Candidates Required

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify upselling opportunities and recommend relevant products or services.

• Achieve assigned performance and upselling targets.

• Maintain a positive customer experience and follow company processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates with B1/C1 English communication proficiency are required.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to eligibility.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed in-hand salary of ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month.
