Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, and assist with customer queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

• Explain company products/services and their benefits.

• Generate and follow up on leads.

• Maintain customer information and call records.

• Follow up with customers to close sales or resolve queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Escalate customer complaints or issues to the appropriate team.

• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customers professionally.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Salary

₹[14000 TO 16000] per month + incentives+ BONUS , depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours

[9:30 TO 6:30]
[SUNDAY FIXED OFF]
