Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives who possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through phone calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp support.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.
Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and service requests.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily productivity and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
Basic English communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, BPO, Telecalling, Voice Process, Non-Voice Process, Client Support, or Customer Care will be preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream).
