We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Customer Care)

Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Jaipur

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.4 LPA)

Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 0 – 3 Years | Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Your Role as a Customer Support Executive

🔹 Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance products and services

🔹 Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions

🔹 Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication

🔹 Manage customer queries professionally, including challenging situations

🔹 Use support tools, software, and databases efficiently

🔹 Achieve performance targets while maintaining service excellence
