Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Eligibility -

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

• Freshers can apply

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts and standing work

Job Responsibilities -

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service

• Explain and demonstrate games to customers

• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions

• Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience

• Follow company grooming and uniform standards

Working Hours -

• 9-hour rotational shift

• 1 weekly off

• Weekends and public holidays are working days

Shift Timings -

Female:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male:

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important: During the first 15 days of joining, candidates must be available for all applicable shifts.
