* 🎓 **Qualification:** BBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management *(Mandatory)*

* 👨‍🎓 Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

* 🗣️ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

* 🤝 Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills

* 🚚 Good understanding of logistics & supply chain operation management .

**📋 Key Responsibilities**

* Handle customer queries via **Calls, Emails & Chats**

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

* Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

* Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-centric support

* Adhere to company policies and service quality standards

**💰 Salary**

**Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand** *(Based on Interview Performance)*
