We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Support Executive for our Game Zone. The role involves assisting customers, explaining games, handling queries, and ensuring a fun and safe gaming experience for all visitors.
Welcome customers and assist them with game selection
Explain game rules, pricing, and offers clearly
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
Operate and monitor gaming machines and consoles
Ensure proper use and safety of gaming equipment
Manage tokens/cards, bookings, and basic billing
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the game zone
Report technical issues to the maintenance team
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / local language)
Friendly attitude and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Interest in gaming is a plus 🎮
Fresher or experience in customer service / game zone / arcade preferred
