Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Domestic Voice Process)
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore (On-site)
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (Graduation mandatory for senior role)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (1 year required for senior role)
Excellent / Good English communication skills
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain call records and provide accurate information
Deliver quality customer service
Salary & Benefits:
Up to ₹18,000 CTC (₹16,500 in-hand) + incentives (for experienced role)
Entry-level roles: ₹10,000 CTC
Performance-based incentives
Work Details:
5 to 6 working days per week
Rotational shifts for male candidates
Fixed day shift (7 AM – 8 PM) for female candidates (in specific roles)
Training:
40–45 days training with ₹400/day stipend (applicable for select role)
