Roles & Responsibilities
1) Provide support and regular updates to customers and Kendra partners
2) Coordinate and assist in the smooth delivery of credit analysis reports
3) Explain analysis reports and basic findings to customers clearly
4) Handle backend coordination, status tracking, and follow-up activities
5) Resolve customer and partner queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
6) Maintain customer records, case updates, and CRM entries accurately
7) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling and support
8) Identify customers who require credit repair services after the analysis is delivered.
9) Guide analysis customers toward suitable repair solutions and service upgrades
10) Conduct follow-ups for pending decisions and customer activation
11) Maintain professional communication and relationship management
