Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support through calls and chats. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining high service quality while achieving productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chat interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

•⁠ ⁠Assist customers with queries related to products and services, providing accurate and timely resolutions.

•⁠ ⁠Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain quality standards and adhere to defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

•⁠ ⁠Meet daily productivity, performance, and quality targets.

•⁠ ⁠Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

•⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

•⁠ ⁠This is a Work from Office role.

•⁠ ⁠Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

•⁠ ⁠Verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

•⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
