The role involves handling customer queries through voice, email, or chat support, assisting with travel insurance processes, processing and verifying hotel invoices, maintaining hotel rate information, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Candidates should be comfortable working with MS Office, particularly Excel, and should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
