A customer support executive in the aviation industry acts as the primary link between the airline and its passengers. They handle flight bookings, manage airport ground services, and resolve traveler complaints, ensuring a seamless and positive passenger experience from check-in to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Handling: Assist with check-in, verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and manage baggage drop.

• Customer Service & Ticketing: Address queries about flight schedules, process ticket bookings, and rebook flights during cancellations or delays.

• Special Assistance: Provide priority care for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.

• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate passenger grievances regarding lost baggage, missed connections, or schedule disruptions with empathy and professionalism.

• Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with ground staff, flight crews, and baggage handlers to ensure flights depart on time.

Essential Requirements

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in aviation management, hospitality, or business is highly valued. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written fluency in English; fluency in additional regional or foreign languages is a major advantage.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed and polite under high-pressure situations.

• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
