POST - Telecaller cum Back office staff

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to candidates and clients.

• Provide information regarding job vacancies, interviews, and training programs.

• Maintain candidate records and update databases.

• Handle data entry, documentation, and office files.

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates.

• Draft emails and maintain daily reports.

• Perform general administrative and back-office tasks.

• Support the HR and placement team in day-to-day operations.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. English communication will be an added advantage.

• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
