🚀 We're Hiring | Customer Support Associate – Seller Support | Pune

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to handle seller queries, resolve issues, and deliver a smooth seller experience across multiple support channels.

Position:

-- Customer Support Associate – Seller Support

-- Location: Pune

-- Work From Office

-- 5.5 Days Working

-- Rotational Shifts & Week Off

Key Responsibilities:

-- Handle seller queries through Voice, Chat, Email, or assigned channels

-- Resolve queries related to orders, listings, inventory, payments, returns, shipping, account management, and seller performance

-- Troubleshoot issues using SOPs, policies, and support tools

-- Maintain accurate case records and escalate complex issues appropriately

-- Meet quality, productivity, AHT, SLA, and attendance targets

-- Identify recurring seller issues and share feedback with the team

Requirements:

-- Experience in E-Commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Center, or BPO preferred

-- Strong verbal and written communication skills

-- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

-- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment

-- Ability to use multiple systems and CRM/case-management tools

-- Strong attention to detail and process adherence

-- Willingness to work rotational shifts
