Job Summary:
We are seeking a female Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve product or service issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues
Provide product and service information to customers.
Requirements:
Gender: Female
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Prior customer service experience is a plus
